The story and music begin with a quintessentially lost 21st century man as he journeys back to his homeworld and discovers that a wild assortment of crazed wizards, deranged chemists, alien fortune tellers and other fantasy misfits have come to inhabit his world. The style of the album moves towards a more electronic feel, but retains the signature intimate and ethereal sound of the tracks from the first album.
